MTM provides a one-of-a-kind data task management process automation solution. eXFORMA provides a unified platform for extending the task approval process of client-side enterprise software such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Kronos and Oracle Financials. The eXFORMA server unifies tasks from each system such as leave requests, attendance, requisitions and expense reports and distributes those tasks remotely to the Mobile Task Manager on the BlackBerry® smartphone of the appropriate manager or employee out in the field. From the BlackBerry device, MTM users can process requests, view task details, manage and complete tasks from anywhere, at any time. The image above illustrates a simplified high-level view of the process which takes information from an Enterprise Application (in this case the Kronos Workforce Central Application), pushes it through to Groveware's eXFORMA server, and then further categorizes and pushes the data to the appropriate employee. The employee can then view the awaiting task or approval that has to be completed and send it back through eXFORMA to the enterprise application, all this without ever having to return to the office!

Groveware’s Mobile Task Manager provides a presentation layer for enterprise data – making it available anywhere, at any time on your BlackBerry. Using push-technology, the task data is sent out to the BlackBerry of appropriate users along with a notification that there are tasks waiting for them.
